Return We refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. Please return the item to our standard Return Address at CRH Brands, LLC c/o Returns Department, PO Box 651, Canal Winchester, OH 43110. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable. By sending returns back to the Standard Returns Address credit card purchases will receive credit back to the credit card used. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the item.

Exchange We exchange any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. To exchange your merchandise, send it back to our Standard Return Address at CRH Brands, LLC c/o Returns Department, PO Box 651, Canal Wincheter, OH 43110. Please note we will waive your Shipping and Handling (S&H) on your new merchandise from the exchange. Do not send any additional payment such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.

Timing for Returns and Exchanges Upon receipt of your return, allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
